
I meant to go to the gym this morning- but their was a lot of snow on the car that had iced my door shut and I couldn't get it off easily. So instead of working out by shoveling, I did this at home circuit workout courtesy of
peanutbutterfingers I added 30 high-knees to this as well. It was tough! By the end I was REALLY feeling the burpees and pushups. So now I'm writing with shaky arms... sign of a great at home workout.
